Virtus.pro are the champions of Parimatch league season one

The second season’s prize pool will be increased to $100 000.

Virtus.pro claim victory in Dota 2 Parimatch League Season One LAN-final. Virtus.pro defeat HellRaisers with a score of 3:0 and win $40 000, with their opponents earning $20 000.

The league’s first season featured the leading CIS Dota 2 teams and gathered a lot of attention among the esports audience. The games attracted more than 6 million cumulative views on Twitch streaming platform with an average daily viewers count of 36 000. Leading US and Chinese studios broadcast the grand final that took place in Yota Arena. The average number of unique views (browsers/devices/connections) amounted to 136 000 unique users in one day of the broadcast, peaking at 550 000 unique viewers recorded during the play-off stage. Ultimately,  the standoff between Virtus.pro and Hellraisers became the league’s most popular match to date gathering than 69 000 thousand unique viewers at the same time online.
