Ekaterina Shergova, Director of the "Podari Zhizn" foundation:

“During the pandemic and the crisis that occurred against its background, many foundations now feel great problems. We are no exception. Most of all, we do not want to be in a position where we have to refuse to help those whose lives can be saved. In this situation, we are especially happy to make new friends. And we are always happy when charity penetrates into all spheres of life and thus becomes something familiar and ordinary.”

Dmitriy Smith, the President of Russian Esports Federation:

"During the coronavirus epidemic, it is very important to remember that other diseases are not going to "go to quarantine", and it is difficult for charitable foundations that help cope with serious diseases. But we are talking, including about guys who are fond of esports. For them, foundations are the last hope for an active life. We are happy to announce this charity event together with our partners and hope that the good trend of cooperation between esports and charitable organizations will be strengthened»

Sergey Glamazda, General Manager:

"We are happy to participate in this important project. And despite the seriousness of its topic, it is easy to help the foundation's wards. We thank players and RuHub commentators for their willingness to devote their time to information support of the noble activities of the "Podari Zhizn" foundation and support its wards. We are waiting for you on our streams!".

Anton Oleinik, RuHub General producer:

"This year, the may holidays will be unusual for most of us, we will have to give up trips. We will diversify your and our weekends and help the foundation with the charity event. The "Podari Zhizn" foundation annually helps children and parents to collect huge amounts of money for treatment, which alone is impossible to collect. We will be happy to support the Foundation and will be happy if our audience joins us."

The fundraiser is aimed at helping teenagers with Hodgkin's lymphoma. Chemotherapy allows 90% of boys and girls with this diagnosis to recover. But there are also more complex cases when the standard chemotherapy doesn't help. In 2016, an innovative drug "Adcetris" was registered in Russia, which helps patients with the most complex cases of Hodgkin's lymphoma. Unfortunately, this is one of the most expensive drugs in the arsenal of hematologists — the average cost of therapy per patient is 2.3 million rubles. But the results of its application are impressive: we have already managed to save many patients, including very young ones, who would have been doomed earlier.

To support the foundation's wards, you just need to connect to the stream of talents or players and make a donation. A link to the foundation's fundraising page and information about donations collected will be shown on the page of each campaign stream. Follow the announcements on social media RuHub and!
